For patients who can walk independently or with minor assistance (e.g., using a cane or walker).

Wheelchair Transportation

 Features vehicles equipped with hydraulic lifts or ramps for passengers who must remain in their wheelchairs during transit.

Stretcher Services

For non-emergency patients who must remain prone (lying down) but are medically stable.

Type of Payers

  • Medicaid NEMT: Strictly limited to Medicaid-reimbursable services and booking through a state-contracted broker Verida or Modivcare. Clients may request our company directly. The broker link is provided under (In-Network tab).
  • Private-Pay NEMT: Offers more flexibility for non-medical destinations, such as family events, airports, or shopping centers, and allows for direct booking on our website.

IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS:

Medicaid/Medicare Regions: Medicaid-funded trips are currently managed by Southeastern (Verida) 

  • Travel Distance: For local government-sponsored senior services in DeKalb, transportation is often limited to destinations within 25 miles of Decatur.
  • Booking: Private-pay clients may book trips anywhere within the metro area, whereas Medicaid trips must be authorized through a broker for specific medical destinations.
