A graduate with advanced degrees in Psychology, Entrepreneurship, and Health Service Management, Ms. Toure possesses a unique understanding of both the clinical complexities of patient care and the operational excellence required to run a high-performing logistics company. Her strong foundation in finance, behavioral analysis, and health systems ensures that DwC-NEMT LLC is built on a bedrock of fiscal responsibility, HIPAA compliance, and state-of-the-art AI-powered technology.

As a parent of two children diagnosed with Level-3 Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), I have navigated the daily challenges of securing reliable, sensitive, and specialized care services.
My commitment to advocacy was further solidified in 2023 When my mother was diagnosed with cancer. From diagnosis through her transition in 2025, I witnessed firsthand the critical importance of dignity, punctuality, and compassion in medical transit.
These personal milestones serve as the North Star for the company — ensuring every passenger is treated with the same devotion as a member of our own family.
